Plastic (Blow-Mold).
Has the spot where your neck goes and has a drain area at the other end.
Can be hung up by the drain end using the pre-formed hole (see photo 5).

Great Condition.
From the 1980s or 1990s.
Age stains that are probably permanent like what you see in photo 4.
Those are the most prevalent ones, but has a few marks in other areas.
Since it is vintage, I didn't try any harsh cleaning methods.
Maybe a dry erase sponge might clean them or you may have a better way.
Other than that, just a couple of faint tiny pings in a few places.
Nothing to be concerned about though, no worries.
