Vintage Antique ILLINOIS STATE POLICE CLOCK integrity Service Pride RARE!!!. Both bulbs are lit and fully working order , There is a seam in the decal that runs from the middle of clock through the t in the word integrity below the glass, it looks like it’s the plastic but it’s just the decal and there’s some scratches/ scuffs on the second and minute hands SEE PICS, VERY RARE COOL PIECE, good luck finding another one, Condition is "Used".
