    VERY RARE Vintage Kosovo Police Officer Formal Dress Hat - New - Size 60
    Condition is New. The hat has some small creases on the bill but is in overall great condition.  I acquired this directly from a Kosovo Police Colonel while serving in a UN Mission. VERY RARE - These were the first generation formal hats and have since been replaced.  There is no crest on the hat.  Free shipping.  A very rare addition for any hat collection.
