Description
Summit is a high alpha, dwarf variety bred by members of the Association for the Development of Hop Agronomy. Its aromas have been described as herbal, citrus, grapefruit, and tangerine. It has been used for bittering and dry hopping. This hop is showcased in Widmer's Drifter Pale Ale and is gaining popularity with the DIPA crowd.Pedigree:
