Hunter Flu-Flu Arrows by Rose City Archery, Port Orford Cedar Shaft with Clear Lacquer. 11/32" diameter at 40-45. 6 pack of flu flus. We start with our premium shafting, we add 3 coats of clear gasket lacquer, we hand paint on three wide bands of cresting, highlighted with coordinating small bands of crest. A Classic Bohning nock is installed and three 5.25" genuine turkey feathers, flu-flu cut, dyed solid colored feathers are attached. A flu-flu arrow is a type of arrow specifically designed to travel a short distance. Fletched with large profile feathers, the fletching serves to generate more drag and slow the arrow down rapidly after a short distance. Such arrows are particularly useful when shooting at aerial targets or for certain types of recreational archery where the arrow must not travel too far. One of the main uses of these arrows is that they do not get lost as easily if they miss the target. Rose City Archery has been in business since 1932 and we have been making quality arrows for over 80 years. The price of this item includes Federal Excise Tax of 0.48 per shaft.
