We get the yeast fresh from them every few days based on demand. Please place an order and if we don't have it in stock we can usually get it and ship the next day for orders placed before 4pm CST. If it will take longer than a day we will let you know. Ireland’s storied stout is thought to be balanced by this dry, crisp, lightly fruity, versatile and powerful strain. The Irish Ale strain is a good fermenter with reliable, average flocculation and a hint of fruit at the lowest recommended temperatures, which increases in complexity at higher temperatures (64° F/18° C and higher). Some diacetyl possible. Successful in dark and high gravity beers.100 mL pack good for 5 gallons of wort with water, yeast, barley, malt extract, hops as the only ingredients. Each pack now contains 150 mL of yeast slurry to enhance the brewer's experience!
