    Easy installation
    Easy to put together. The dome parts will need to be placed on the base with the mortar supplied in the 10 lbs pale. No mortar between will be placed between the joints. Use the same refractory mortar to place the 2 chimney plugs in the holes. We suggest for using the hole closest to the door for the chimney. Place the chimney. Cover the oven with a thin layer of cement as you place the insulation. Use chickenwire to hold the insulation in place. Cover the oven completely with additional cement. We will send a 13 minute video link to guide you through the process. Please note the base on the oven used in the video is different but does not effect the building process.
    KIT Includes: 4 x dome parts cast refractory 2 x base parts 1 x stainless steel door    What you will need:   Refractory mortar, Insulation, chicken wire, chimney and rain cap (The reason we do not include these items in the KIT is because it is cheaper to buy locally)

    .   Delivery is curbside. Carrier will contact you prior to delivery to confirm date and time. Carrier will require a signature to ensure your oven arrived safely and undamaged. If you verify the item is damaged upon arrival please sign and state clearly damages, take pictures and refuse delivery. Send detailed information to us. Any damages stated after delivery and signed confirmation are not considered valid.  Shipping fees may be cheaper if you are able to pick up at the nearest terminal in your area. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
    Return Policy
    We accept returns. The item must be returned in original crate, never used or modified within a 30 day period. Refunds are not issued if the item is damaged in return transit or never received.  If you require technical assistance we will aim to respond within 1-2 working days.
