Kaba Simplex Ilco Unican 1021 Lock Over Ride Core Installed w/Keys

Description

For doors 1 5/8" to 1 7/8" in thickness and 2 3/4" backset.  This is reversible for right or left hand.
Made after Kaba merged with Ilco. Comes with the combination, a user key, a control key, combination change key and everything in the pictures except the wood display. Keypad shows little sign of use, marks on all surfaces. Upgraded Schlage latch.
A lock with the key over ride is a must when there in only one entrance/exit.
Before bidding on another seller's lock ask if they have the combination and all keys. Most do not and
without the combination there is no way to know if the lock is operating properly. Also, without the
combination it is a very involved process to reset the lock to accept a new combination. It requires the
back be removed, the lock disassembled, the combination chamber removed and the tumblers reset.
FYI, if they don't have the keys a locksmith can not just make a key. The over ride lock core will have to
be drilled out and you will have to buy a new lock core. .00 plus.
