The Hide-Away Ironing Center Board Wood Wall Mounted Raised-Panel Door Shelf White is a recessed unit that is pre-finished in a beautiful, scratch-resistant white. The unit features a swiveling ironing board, heat shield and built-in shelf for convenient iron storage. The door can be mounted on either the right or left side of cabinet. The SUP420 comes with ironing board cover and pad set, required hardware, and installation instructions.

I like the space saving feature and ease of unfolding and putting away. Pay special attention as to where you want the height of the board. Mine was installed a bit higher that I would have liked.I love that it 'swivels' and I can get at the board and the garment from different angles.

It is a nice unit, especially for under 0. Overall, good quality although the part that sticks out of the wall could have a nicer fit and finish. Installation was fairly simple if you are OK with finding studs, wires, water lines, etc., and then cutting out drywall. Would not recommend on an outside wall since the unit takes up almost all the space between two studs and thus you would have to remove the insulation where the unit would fit.

This comes mostly assembled but you need to cut a hole in your wall and do electrical wiring to complete the installation. If you’re not super handy, you’ll need to hire someone for this. The instructions noted 56 inch wall space needed for clearance but my contractor was able to install it on a much smaller wall and it works well for my needs. Love the idea of having a ironing board that takes up virtually no room to store.

The ironing board is good quality. the hinges are a little light but seem to hold fine. it was easy to install and the instructions were easy to follow. Not a high end product but good for the price.

We just received my new in wall ironing board and I'm dying to try it. All the pieces were there but the hinges are a bit weak. It's an easy fix. We haven't installed it yet but I'm looking forward to being a domestic goddess when it's all done. The white frame is exactly what I wanted and I'm sure it will look great on the wall in the near future. I like the fact that it swivels in both directions since I'm left handed.

Works well for our needs. Swivel feature of board nice and allows for installation and use in smaller spaces. The board itself is slightly small but adequate. Home depot online had the best price and free shipping offer.

We installed this in a rather small closet. We like that it swivels. My contractor put the outlet right inside the cabinet for convenience. Folds easily and quietly. It doesn't feel as durable as we would like but it's great for just pressing a couple items at a time.

Second one we've owned.....great product, convenient & space-saving! Only negative was the door that came with it was dinged, they quickly sent a replacement one, and it was dinged in another spot, so gave up and semi-repaired one of them and moved on.
