Elix Calvados Essence (flavor concentrate), 30ml/1oz is a natural extract of essential oils and aromatics from ripe apples. The Elix Calvados flavor will create a drink with a balance of fresh apple flavor and the aroma of brandy aged in an oak barrel.
30 ml of flavoring is enough to make up to 10 liters of the finished drink. Adding it to the moonshine (vodka, or any other strong clear alcohol) you will be able to create a fragrant liqour of your own production.
How to use it:
Add the Elix Calvados flavor concentrate at the rate of 3 ml per 1 liter of your distillate (alcohol solution). The strength of the distillate (alcohol solution) should be not higher than 40-45°vol. Then stir thoroughly and let the resulting drink set for 3-10 days. The drink is ready.
