British Vintage Gloucestershire Bobby Obsolete Hat or Cap with White Cover

This is British Vintage Gloucester Obsolete Cap or Hat with a white cover. I believe the cover is for traffic duty. It is European size 55 or US size 6-3/4" so it is a small hat. As far as the condition is concerned this wear on interior with that said overall the hat is in really decent shape.. My return policy is as follows if I make a mistake and don't describe my item properly you can return the item.
