    This rich malty, caramel-flavored extract is excellent when used alone or with specialty malts for extract brewing. It is also well suited for boosting gravity and color adjustment in all-grain beers.
    Ingredients: Base Malt, Caramel Malt 60L, Munich Malt
    Our extract is super fresh. When we open a drum we purge oxygen with Co2, and we package in oxygen barrier foil bags that keep the extract from oxidizing. We recommend customers to store their extract in the refrigerator if they do not plan on using it within 8 weeks.
