LavaLock has totally redesigned the conventional wisdom of Griddle plates for Weber Kettle and UDS Ugly Drum Smoker. 21.5" od (22" nominal)
The ALL new K series Flat top grills solve 2 major problems with conventional flat top griddle plates:
No Warp design. Extra thick 10 gauge steel w/ reinforcement rails virtually eliminates warpage!
No Flare ups or fires.  Slotted Drip tray rails accept our stainless drip pan (optional) or save money and use your own common 4.5 x 9 loaf pan (disposable foil or regular)!  Simply push excess grease down the hole, just like a commercial grade flat top. This eliminates the most common cause of flare ups and grease fires.
Plus the added benefit of handles for easy removal of the griddle plate when you are done cooking.
Lasts a lifetime. All of this in a really affordable price tag.
Season by washing with soapy water, and immediately drying on the grill. Then use bacon or cooking oil on both sides to season. Store dry like a cast iron pan.
