We combine shipping.
If you are purchasing via auction then don't pay until you are done bidding for all the items you want.
If we don't receive payment from you we will assume you are holding off to buy more items.
Ebay will send you invoices automatically and we will send one every evening for pending orders.
If you are not finished buying just ignore the invoices until you are ready.  Keep in mind that Ebay will cancel
your purchases if you do not pay within 3 days.  If you are ready for an invoice just send us an email and we
will send the invoice at that time.
If you are buying via buy it now listings make sure you place all the items in your cart before checking out.
This way the combined shipping will be done when you check out automatically.
If for some reason the combined shipping does not take place we will manually calculate it at time of shipping
and refund you if you are owed.
Expect to pay the base shipping listed on the auction or buy it now listing plus an additional per 1oz coin or round combined from other listings or added within the listing.
It is important that you are happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied please email us to express your concern.
It can sometimes be difficult with photography to provide an exact representation of what a coin looks like.
The luster may not show. There may be fine imperfections that do not show up in a photo but in most cases
our camera magnifies even the smallest imperfection into one that looks much larger.  Upon receiving the coin
you may not see any imperfections without a magnifying glass.  Toning may be more or less accentuated as well.
Most buyers tell us that our coins look better than in the photos.
Regarding shipping time.
We normally ship the same day, sometimes within the hour.  When tracking your order keep in mind that USPS is often running slow these days. Sometimes they don't scan the tracking code for days or sometimes it gets scanned only when it is delivered.  If you are tracking your order and it shows USPS did not receive the package this is because they did not scan it yet.  We always ship quickly.
USPS first class service can be fairly quick within a few days or it can take weeks.  In one case it took 2 months.
For orders of significant value we use USPS Registered mail which is one of the few ways to ensure coins.  Due to the security involved it can take some time for your package to arrive.  It can take extra time to arrive even if it was shipped priority.  Priority shipping is only used due to the weight costs using USPS boxes to save you money.  Priority does not expedite registered mail at all.  So, if Ebay shows your package will arrive in 2 or 3 days, the Registered mail delays are not calculated in that estimate.  You must ignore these estimates.
We have found that tracking on Ebay is often not the most up to date information.  It may not show as much detail as the USPS website. When in doubt track the package on the USPS website or just email us and ask us to do it.  We are constantly tracking every package we ship.  If the package is running late we likely already know about it and you will normally receive an email from us before you feel the need to inquire.
