    Description

    We've got you covered for another wondrous batch of the ancient brew. This kit includes the honey, C-Bright cleanser, yeast and Fermax (yeast nutrient) to brew another 1 gallon of mead, as well as 24 oz apple concentrate. Please note that kits are not shown exactly to scale in picture. Carboy/growler/bottles not included, please see our store for equipment.
    3 pounds of honey - unpasteurized local Idaho honey, fresh from the beekeeper!
    1 packet of C-Brite cleanser - sanitize your equipment
    1 packet of yeast - Pasteur Red dry wine yeast for best aroma (and quicker to "drinkable" stage)
    1 teaspoon of Fermax yeast nutrient
    14 oz Apple concentrate - Apples and honey make a wonderful sweet blend. Cyser comes from the Latin root "sicera"(strong drink), just like cider.
    Just add water and you're ready to roll
